Hi Goran
Yep .. unless you do your weekly review and daily have in front of you a way of prioritising things ... then I guess I agree tools can be a distraction, however I have found the outlook add-in reliable as a single trusted repository and hence have incorporated into my tailoring of GTD.
- I practice inbox zero daily.
- As I chuck stuff that happens into the tasks list pile (Categorising as I go) via my iphone or tablet pc and synch the two over the air, when the task list battle hots up I feel I am still lacking a tool to help with a quick view of my priorities without requireing a 30 minute to 1 hour weekly GTD review .....
I have used Gyronix ResultsManager for MindManger to sweep through new tasks and id "next action required" but the performance is appalling for a quick 2 minute in the trench planing check of "Am I working on the highest priority thing now?" plus it only works on my tablet pc. Any ideas on my predicament?
