Lotus Notes eProductivity Tool "ProWork" in beta release today

immediate effects and BAT Groupware in Vienna, Austria today presented their new eProductivity tool ProWork in a beta release at the IBM Lotus Notes After Business Event in Vienna, Austria.

Göran Askeljung, Director of immediate effects Ltd. said: "We're very happy to present our new eProductivtiy Tool ProWork that helps Lotus Notes users to work more effectively when applying the workflow methodology of Getting Things Done(R). The Lotus Notes user community are happy to experience an easier way of handling @Activites and Projects in Notes when creating tasks in Notes with the click of an add-on button to the Notes User Interface. This is a key component for GTD users we train in our ProWork trainings".

Christoph Reiter, Managing Director at BAT Groupware said:"The initial release of the beta version is based on LN 8.01 and 8.5 and gives the user the ability to track Projects and @Actions in differen views in the ToDo screen. We intend to continue to develop the tool for Notes and also deliver a version for Outlook later."

Another feature was also met with great enthusiasm by the Notes community at the event - the ability to color due tasks red in Notes and to sort by dates within categories.

The ProWork eProductivity Tool will soon be available in English and German. Follow this Blog for further updates and Links to the download page.
